Is the River Clubhouse built?+
No. The images are architectural renders of a planned concept.
Which home concepts are shown?+
The collection includes Freestanding One, Freestanding Two, Freestanding Three, Freestanding Four and Freestanding Five. Each home has its own features, architectural renders, dollhouse views and floor plans.
Are the amenities confirmed?+
The landscape and heritage features are real. New facilities remain planned until scope and phase are confirmed.
Where is the estate?+
The working location is Ruwa / Goromonzi, Mashonaland East. The final entrance pin is outstanding.
